Free & Reliable Delivery
Cuthaven proudly offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S.-based fulfillment center to ensure quick and secure delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
We are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii at this time.
We also do not ship internationally.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it enters our system immediately for preparation.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During this time, your order details are verified, your shirts & pants is quality-checked, and securely packaged for shipment.
Delivery Time
After processing, your package is handed to our shipping carrier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, weather, or logistical conditions.
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–2 days) + Transit Time (5–8 days)
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your shirts & pants safely and on time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number within 1–2 business days.
You can track your package directly through the carrier's website using the tracking link provided.
Order Accuracy & Address Verification
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Cuthaven will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Delivery Confirmation
- Most deliveries are made without requiring a signature. However, for high-value orders, a signature may be required to ensure secure delivery.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to deliver your shirts & pants in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date) at info@cuthaven.com.
- Include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of any damage.
- We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
- If a shipment is marked "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, customer refusal, or failure to pick up, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, customers may be charged for return shipping and/or reshipping fees.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive three emails during the order process:
Order Confirmation – immediately after your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation – when your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Confirmation – once the carrier confirms successful delivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy
- Return Period: We accept returns for non-damaged, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Return Condition: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
