If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.

All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may return it according to the guidelines below.

30 Days No-Reason Returns

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All labels, tags, and original packaging must remain intact.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

If the above conditions are not met, the item may not be eligible for return.

For accepted returns, you may choose between:

  • Refund to your original payment method.

  • Exchange for another size, color, or product.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees unless the product was defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please email us at info@cuthaven.com with your order number and details. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

After Shipment:
If you need to cancel after your order has shipped but before delivery, you may still request a cancellation. In this case:

  • You must reject the package upon delivery.

  • A full refund will be issued, minus the shipping fee, after we receive the returned package.

Returned & Exchange Products

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Defective Item:
    If you receive a defective item (such as stitching issues, torn fabric, or major manufacturing defects), please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund.

  2. Incorrect Item Received:
    If you receive the wrong product, you may either:

    • Keep the product with a partial refund, or

    • Return it for the correct item at no additional shipping cost.

  3. Size or Fit Issues:
    Apparel sizing may vary by style. If your shirt, pants, or casual wear doesn’t fit properly, you may request an exchange for another size. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error was ours.

  4. Damaged During Transit:
    If your order arrives damaged (for example, ripped package or stained fabric), please reject delivery or contact us immediately. We may request photos of the damage. After verification, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

  5. Missing or Lost Item:
    If your order is missing items or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us at info@cuthaven.com with your order details and tracking number. We will coordinate with the courier and initiate a lost package claim.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exemptions from Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final Sale Items (marked non-returnable on product page).

  • Customized or tailored apparel.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Normal wear and tear (such as fabric fading over time) is not covered by our return policy.

Warranty Notes

Cuthaven products are designed for long-lasting wear. However:

  • Misuse, improper washing, or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.

  • If you wish to replace parts such as lost buttons or damaged zippers, we may provide spare parts at a reasonable cost including shipping.

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@cuthaven.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Include the tracking number for faster processing.

  4. Once received, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange.
