Return Window & Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your shirts & pants to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The shirts & pants is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories.
  • You provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

Please Note:

Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.

If a shirts & pants is returned with perfume, makeup stains, or odor, the item will be sent back, and the refund will be denied.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order shirts & pants.
  • Gift cards, discount vouchers, or store credits.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.

Free Return Shipping (U.S. Only)

We offer Free Return Shipping on all approved returns within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states).

Once approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for sending the product back.
